  If I could rate a half of a star I would. He's rude, greedy, and his houses all have something wrong with them. I was going to rent a house from him and found black mold in it and the house didn't even have a thermostat (i had to buy one myself.) I decided before I even moved in that I didn't want to stay there and he gave me my deposit back but kept the other 450 for rent for a house I didn't even stay one night In. Don't rent from him he's a liar and a cheat.
